Hi! I work for CCS, a strategic fundraising firm that partners with nonprofits for transformational change. In this role, I partner with complex organizations to analyze fundraising operations, identify impediments to growth, and develop and implement solutions. My work relies on a thoughtful change management approach specialized in ensuring impacted employees are able to adapt and thrive while we implement our solutions. I focus on the intentional application of data, from gift entry to fund management, grateful patient pipelines to process optimization and evaluate the ability of client systems and processes to support effective, impactful philanthropy.
